What if I am not good/confident at creating content?
Everyone starts somewhere! There's no better way to build your confidence than being surrounded by likeminded business owners, with an abundance of support and resources to help you every step of the way.
What if I don't have the time to create content?
We get it - there's nothing more frustrating than spending hours creating content and seeing no results. However, with Zesty, you will learn the process of HOW to create content efficiently, so you'll be spending LESS time while also creating content that will actually perform!
What if I'm a solo business owner?
This is actually a GREAT thing! Founder content is huge on TikTok, and who better to represent the business than the owner themselves? Our founder-led strategies will show you how to create top performing content about tasks you're already doing - making content creation feel effortless!
1:1 Coaching
What is the 1:1 Coaching cancellation policy?
You'll receive confirmation upon booking the call, a text and email reminder 48 hours prior, and a final text reminder 1 hour before the call. We're more than happy to be accommodating with any cancellations or rescheduled sessions, however any no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% payment.
How many sessions do you recommend?
This is completely up to you, however we do recommend at least 3 sessions to learn the secrets to transforming your TikTok, receiving your custom TikTok Strategy and getting content ideation and scripting. Most of our clients continue on an ongoing basis to receive consistent feedback, content ideas and assistance each week.
Can I do a one-off session?
No, we do not offer one-off sessions. As the format of the 1:1 coaching programme utilises the first 3 sessions to target different key areas needed for TikTok success, this cannot be condensed into one session.
Can I change my frequency?
This is subject to availability, as weekly coaching clients will be prioritised when selecting new clients from our waitlist.
How do I manage my subscriptions?
All of your upcoming appointments and information can be accessed through Square, which you'll receive a link to upon onboarding.
Masterclass
If I can't attend live, will I be sent a recording?
Yes! Anyone who purchased tickets to our live event will also receive the full Masterclass and Q&A recording directly to their inbox. Perfect for those who can't attend due to different time zones or busy schedules!
How long does the live Q&A go for?
It will run for a total of 2 hours. 1 hour will be dedicated to the workshop topic followed by 1 hour of your hottest questions!
Can I buy a previous Masterclass on it's own?
No, all previous masterclass recordings are exclusively available in our TikTok Growth Club. The good news is, upon joining you get access to ALL previous recordings and so much more!
